Based in Virginia Beach SURGE is Dianne Sharp, Joe Stoner, John "PERK" Perkins, and John "WAGS" Wagner. The band members call Virginia Beach home, but actually are transplants from Hawaii, New York, New Jersey, and Washington DC. Each of the band members are accomplished musicians and have experienced a great deal of success with previous musical projects. Formed in 2015, SURGE provides great entertainment and leaves their crowds wanting more.
